       These batteries must be Charged ONLY with a Charger designed to        
            Charge Lithium Polymer batteries which can apply the              
        "Constant Current/Constant Voltage" (CC/CV) Charge technique.         
                                                                              
FEATURES: Next generation replacement for NiCd, NiMH, and Lithium Ion cells   
          SafeCharge Circuitry prevents individual cells from overcharging.   
            If any cell reaches 4.2V, the SafeCharge Circuit automatically    
            stops the Charge process entirely
